Processing Your Order

  • Order Fulfillment: We partner with print-on-demand companies including, but not limited to, Printify and Printful for print-on-demand services. Thus, our products are custom-made upon order. Please allow 2-7 business days for production.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email when your order is shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the USA):
    • Standard Shipping: Takes approximately 3-10 business days after production.
    • Expedited Shipping Options: Available at an additional cost.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days after production. Note that delivery times can be outside of this window as well.
    • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your order, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, among others.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.
  • For international orders, shipping rates do not include duty and tax fees set by the destination country.

Packaging

  • Orders are shipped in eco-friendly packaging, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Address Changes & Incorrect Delivery Information

  • If you need to change the delivery address or correct any errors, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@happylooks.shop. However, We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in production.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • Happy Looks is not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
  • For damaged products, please contact us with photographic evidence so we can make it right via email at info@happylooks.shop.
