Please read this Return Policy carefully. We will alert You to any changes to this Return Policy by changing the “last updated” date at the top of this Policy. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on Our website, and You waive specific notice of any changes to the Policy by continuing to use and access Our site(s). We encourage You to review this Return Policy periodically, when You use Our website for any purpose or engage with Us on social media. You are deemed to have accepted any changes to any revised Return Policy by Your continued use of Our website after the revised Return Policy is posted.
Terms
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
As a small business focused on giving back and reducing waste, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. We simply cannot accept returns for items you just didn't love or they didn't fit as expected, and we are not responsible for refunding you if you entered the wrong address on your order.
We ask that you carefully read the description of the items, look at the pictures to determine what the best color, size and style are for you before you purchase. We also ask that you please double check that your mailing address is correct before submitting an order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange/replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@happylooks.shop to determine whether you are eligible for a return or exchange/replacement and to obtain the return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that we may ask you to send us photos to correspond the issue.
If it is found that the mail carrier responsible for delivering Your item is at fault, we will direct you to seeking retribution from that specific mail carrier.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
No item that you have ordered from Happy Looks can be returned or processed for exchange/replacement unless in the event of an item being damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges/Replacement
If an item is eligible for exchange/replacement, we will send you a new item of the same/similar style, color and size.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you are eligible and we process a return for you, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
